The philosophy of the Office Institutional Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (IEDI) is to build on the assets individuals already possess. The framework employed within 该部门是“服务型领导”:为他人服务. Defining Terms

Diversity is a demographic. Diversity is a recognition and measure of difference across one 或受保护类中的更多维度,以及其他特征. Diversity is an essential prerequisite to Inclusion.

Key IEDI Initiatives/Programmatic Focus Areas

College of Choice for Latina/o/x Students

Leadership 博天堂官方: Equity and Cultural Fluency Training Series

Location

The Office of Institutional Equity, Diversity & Inclusion lives at  博天堂官方's main campus in Forum 220.
